Guidelines for Ineligibility: Who Cannot Apply for the PM Laptop Scheme 2024

Pakistan’s Prime Minister has announced plans to restore the laptop scheme, provided to students since its inception. He has directed the Higher Education Commission (HEC) to initiate registration processes promptly. He also highlighted the idea of implementing an iPad plan with PCs. The decision to provide laptops or iPads will be left to students, and a survey will be conducted to gather their preferences.

• Students in universities or colleges at the time of application but having completed their degree program at the time of laptop distribution are also ineligible.

• Students failing to submit required documents and academic performance proof are also ineligible.
